Olympic Soccer Moms

The co-captains of the United States Olympic Soccer team are giving new meeting to the term “Soccer mom.” Kate Markgraf, 31 and Christie Rampone, 32 both have pre-school age children–and both will be heading to Beijing in August to compete on the US Olympic Soccer team. This is the third Olympics for both women. They were part of the silver medal team in Athens and the gold medal team in Sydney.
