Olympic Torch Arrives in Thailand – Video

The Olympic Torch for the 2008 Beijing Games made it’s way to Thailand and, of course, it was not without controversy.  Now, one of the Japanese hosts has dropped out in protest of China’s treatment of Tibet.  Things are so serious that Thai officials have made it clear that any foreigners who try to disrupt the relay will be deported.  They are cracking down rather than making changes:  "The route remains as scheduled," said General Yuthasak Sasiprapha, president of Thailand’s Olympic committee. "There is no change so far."
