On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness

I don’t know if you’re aware, but the guys behind the immensely popular web comic Penny Arcade are more than a pretty face. When they’re not mouthing off about the problems of the industry, holding conferences geared for gamers, or raising oodles of cash for children’s hospitals, the comic’s creators are putting their money where their mouths are, and trying to create a video game that embodies their own conception of a game should be.

With the improbably long title of On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness: Episode One, the game is being developed by Hothead Games and Ron Gilbert, adventure-game author extraordinaire.
