One Billion Online Video Viewers By 2013

A new study from ABI Research forecasts the number of viewers who access video via the Web to nearly quadruple in the next few years, reaching at least one billion in 2013.

Sure, 2.5 billion people watched Princess Di’s funeral on TV — but anyone who calls a seventh of the world’s population in five years a “niche” market is just stupid.
