One Vote that may no longer Matter: Illinois Governor Arrested.

Illinois Governor, Rod Blagojevich, has been arrested on Federal corruption charges.

The charges, which range from improper appropriations and “pay to play” to seeking financial gain from filling Barrack Obama’s now vacant US Senate seat, are numerous.

Blagojevich, a Democrat, was first elected in 2002, and is currently serving his second term as governor.

    Just another example of our ‘great’ politicians. It is a shame the we Americans elect such trash.

    It’s probably too much to expect politicians here in IL to be honest, but you’d think after having 3 previous governors thrown in the federal slammer, that’d we’d get cleverer crooks in office. Blago did everything but list Obama’s Senate seat on eBay. Here’s a link to the criminal complaint filed against him:
