If you have a two-step log-in for your bank account, Mint won't work. Many banks are going to more secure log-ins and forcing you to go through several steps. Mint can't handle this. I tried one day for a long time, finally found comments by many people who said they had the same experience. I'm sure Mint is trying to figure this out, because they lose people (like me!) who can't use their service. I have a problem with Mint that others need to know about.
