This is a kind of unofficial poll to find out which online payment company is rated best.
These are the criteria:
1. ease of use, functionality and options.
2. service level, charges/cost and market share.
3. security, support and reliability.
4. ethical, regulated and financially sound company.
So which online payment company does these best for you.

I am very happy with PayPal. I handle all of the invoicing for my freelance writing through PayPal, and receive a majority of my payments through the company. I’ve found PayPal convenient for my one-woman show.
Generally, I use PayPal because that’s what most clients prefer.
I also use Xoom to have the funds sent directly to my home, but will migrate that to PayPal once I have my account set up (PayPal was a bit late in giving Filipino users full features)
Only Webmoney. Paypal is possibly suitable for some major countries but it’s humiliation for the rest.
I prefer webmoney.
But in this year new payment system http://liqpay.com is appeared which have big the future. It is produced by famous ukrainian bank.
