I've been in business for myself for almost three years and the only thing that has been consistent is change. What I have found are social avenues proven to be more impactful than any other marketing tools available. And free...so before downsizing or even outsourcing you are able to expand marketing efforts by investing more time and less money with better results. I agree with your comments.
