I just went through the same thing.
this is what worked for me:
1) Download all updates related to &quot;Outlook 2003 with Business contact manager SP2&quot; and &quot;Outlook 2003 SP3&quot;
2) In Outlook: open &quot;Help&quot;- &quot;About Microsoft Outlook&quot;- then click on button &quot;Disabled Items&quot;.
3) You should see that Business Contact Manager is disable- enable and restart your computer and Outlook.

		<description>I have just installed BCM to my 2003 Outlook/Office. It appears as installed in the directory but I can not get it to aqppear anywheree in Outlook. When i SELECT THE iCON &quot;Enable Outlook Business Manager&quot; I get the error/messagge that it has already been enabled and I must restart. I still ccan not find it in the Outlook program.
