I will pay you $2 via PayPal for your old highschool, college essays.
The criteria are:
* 450 words or more
* Must be decent quality
* Cant be too general
* Can not be previously published- must be original work.
Assuming they meet the criteria they will be published online at a content hosting site. The essays will be free to the public.
Not all essays will be accepted. We will only pay for essays meeting our criteria.By submitting your essay you agree to give us a nonexclusive publishing license to publish the essay however we choose.
The hell? Did I just read the words “decent quality” and “$2″ in the same ad?
Granted. We’re talking high school and college essays, but these puppies took time to write. I don’t know about you, but my high school essays took time from my beer drinking, hooking up, MTV watching, free time. We’re talking blood, sweat and tears here.
It doesn’t matter what grade I was in when I wrote them, $2 is ass no matter the age. Especially when you consider this person is more than likely going to throw the essays on some site and let the Adsense roll in.

Ha. Just yesterday my son, who knows I write for a living, tried to sell me a ‘book’ he wrote. Granted the wording was way off, there was no plot, and he stapled said book backwards but the going rate was, “$10 dollars or a new skateboard.” Case in point — a six year old wouldn’t even accept this offer.
If only I had the free time… I’d love to write some “essays” for this site that would, without question, earn the plagiarist who used them an F. I’d write these faux essays with impeccable grammar and spelling, so that on the surface, it would look good. However, factual errors would abound. Any student who actually was familiar with the subject matter would know better than to turn that particular report in for a grade.
It would serve the plagiarists right.
I have an essay I wrote for the hell of it that would be perfect for this advertiser. It’s full of $25 words (one is even made up!) and translates to something unspeakable. :)
Amy:
I’m curious… what’s the made-up word?
