Oy there! It be Talk Like a Pirate Day!

Ohhh, you all know that today HAS to be one of my favorite days EVER! Why?! BECAUSE IT’S TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY! What does this mean for you and me? Well… Umm.. we get to talk like pirates. What more do you need in life?

So, in honor of Talk like a Pirate Day, I’ve found this nifty translator that will translate English into Pirate. You can check it out here. Let’s test this puppy out!

Take this paragraph that I found here for example… it’s about how pirates took over ships:

How did pirates actually go about attacking an enemy vessel? When pirates commanded a superior vessel they could easily confront any victim with cannon fire, crippling the ship and stimulating a quick surrender.
