At Blogher, I spent some time with the Palm team, who were there promoting their gadgets. Catching up with Erin, who works on Palm PR, she was promoting the Palm blog, which got launched two days ago. They were all a little amazed at the response to the first post, with 70 comments and rising, and they expressed this in their second post! The reason can be summed up by one of the commenters

Why the surprise? Do you guys have any idea how much we love our Palm OS devices? More and more, my TX feels like an extension of myself. I never leave home without it. It is even making the girls in my life jealous!

For a long time there have been multiple online forums and sites to discuss, praise and moan about Palm. Now we have the company getting into the mix, providing their own perspective and opening up to a wider dialogue. Good luck to them.
