Panasonic, in addition to a possible 150 inch plasma panel, has a few smaller plasma panels and LCDs as well to send to consumers. For those who love the LCD technology, you have five new panels to choose from sometime. The 26 inch TC-26LX85 and the 32 inch TC-32LX85 have the now-common 720p resolution, a “dedicated gaming mode,” three HDMI ports, an SD slot (we assume for displaying photos on the TV), and a 10,000:1 contrast ratio. Also with the same features as mentioned above is the 37 inch TC-37LZ85. Following up on it’s LCD siblings is the 32 inch TC-32LZ800 as well as the 37 inch TC-37LZ800. Both feature Motion Focus Technology, VIERA link, a PC input, BBE VIVA surround sound, and four HDMI ports.

If you prefer top-of-the-line plasmas, Panasonic also has some options for you. The 850 series of plasmas has some very cool features. Some features include internet services such as access to YouTube and Picasa, access to ISF calibration, 30,000:1 contrast, and four HDMI ports. If you’re looking for something a little cheaper, the 800 series has all the features of the 850 series minus the internet services. Both series are available in 46, 50, 58, and 65 inch models.

The plasma models are expected to land in the spring of ‘08 while the LCD models have no expected release date and neither have an estimated cost.
