Paramount Going Blu-Ray Exclusive as Well?

Because HD-DVD hasn’t already gotten the crap kicked out of them this year enough, another possible blow is about to come. The Financial Times is reporting that another studio, Paramount this time, will be joining Warner from earlier this month by kicking HD-DVD out the door. They’ve already ended their dual-format releases and HD-DVD seems to be getting increasingly less support from studios. Perhaps the porn industry was right in jumping on the Blu-Ray format as well, because they are usually the ones to decide what happens, which is a little odd to say, but true. Perhaps it’s time to start investing in a Blu-Ray player or combo player?
