When I was laid-off from a consulting job, right after 9-11 happened, I found myself at a lost for employment or ideas of how to make money. I wasn’t prepared to lose my job and so I had to quickly find a way to have income coming in. My solution was to take my business idea of providing web services to business owners and make it into a full-time business. I had been only been doing it part-time with no plans of success. After a rough start and having to work odd jobs for steady income while I got my business going full-time, many years later, I am working my business full-time and teaching others to do the same.
To help you learn more about turning your ideas into a business, I’ve included a video that can give you food for thought. It has someone sharing how they turned their idea into a business. Watch the video and then share your questions and feedback that you might have about starting your own business.
