If you think for a minute that fishing as a touring professional is all fun and games than you are sadly mistaken as many pros will openly tell you. While it definitely has it’s percs such as fishing all day and everyday, there are always missed occasions, life struggles, and many other problems that pros encounter or have to deal with in order to pursue and live their dream. One such person is Paul Hirosky.
Paul talked with BASS columnist Don Barone about the current struggles that he and his family had been going through. It can really put things in perspective sometimes to see the kind of impact things like this can have not only on one’s self and family, but their fishing as well. Remember Greg Gutierrez, who is suffering similar difficulties, just dropped out of the Elite Series to be along side and take care of an ailing wife. Hopefully Paul’s situation gets better for him and his family.
