Peanut Butter and Jelly on the Rocks

The peanut is stepping into unfamiliar territory.  It’s been a staple in children’s lunchboxes, in peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, for years.  But now, it’s also an alcoholic drink?

Yes, you read that correctly!  The National Peanut Board has come up with a delicious alcoholic take on the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  I honestly can’t imagine anything tasting any better than this.  Courtesy of mixologist Kimble Knight of NYC’s Buddakan bar, the Creamy Rye Flip is infused with rye whiskey, cherry wine, and mmm… peanut butter!

i LOVE peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but for some reason I juts can’t imagine drinking one. I am tempted to try but it looks like quite the ingredients have to go into it. Before you know it they are going to come out with something like roast beef gravy drink. Gross
