Pens Can be a Lifesaver

When you get a business card from someone, you know if you just stick it in your pocket and go home you’re going to forget who they were in a day or two.
Unless you are a cyborg that remembers everything, and if that’s the case, I’m scared of you because I envy you!
If you keep a pen handy, you can write on that person’s business card something to remember them by. It doesn’t have to be everything they say, just a few key points to help you remember who they were. Sometimes if you can just picture the person you were talking to, the rest of what you need to know will flood back with the image.
Things like:
- Were they nice?
- Did they know what they were talking about?
- Can they help you?
- What do they do…exactly…
This will help you make an informed decision if you do need the services that person provides.
