Kenny Perry shot a 68 today at the Travelers Championship at the TPC River Highlands to follow his scorching 61 in the first round to sit at 11-under for the tournament.  Perry holds a two stroke lead over Ryan Moore, who took advantage of rain-softened greens to post a 65 for the day.  A group of six players, including David Toms and Anthony Kim, sit three strokes back of Perry.

Rain came down on and off throughout the morning, but the sun made an appearance in the afternoon.  The good weather was short-lived however, as thunderstorms rolled in around 4:30 p.m.  Play was eventually halted for good an hour and a half later.

With course conditions favoring the players, the cut line currently sits at a fairly high 3-under.  Those in danger of missing the cut include Brad Faxon, defending champ Stewart Cink, Chris Dimarco, and Stuart Appelby.
