Petition for the Unfair Pricing of Windows Vista Over at UK

March 9, 2007 by Milo Riano

UK windows users are fuming because of the unfair pricing structure set in their region which is almost double the price of that in US.

Microsoft explains that the 17.5% value added tax is way higher than that of US but consumers believe otherwise. People blame the European Commission for imposing fines to Microsoft which have raised their prices inappropriately.

Paul Milne has started and already gathered 8,600 signatures to campaign against the high cost of Windows Vista.

The petition signups can be found here.
