Pink, Purple, and the Final Four

We were ahead in the Championship of Blogs March Madness pool heading into the Sweet Sixteen. We stayed ahead of the pack entering the Elite Eight round.

And we now we march into the Final Four, consisting of all #1 seeds, as the #1 seed ourselves. Not too shabby.

The Play in CA did a great job of explaining the standings and the possible scenarios. The good news is, we have a few shots at winning. The bad news is, if it’s Kansas versus UCLA, we’re over and out.

We’re hoping for a North Carolina–UCLA final with UNC taking the crown. Like the Play in CA said, to heck with Kansas (though they used a slightly stronger verb). Dorothy and Toto might have liked it, but we prefer the East Coast.
