Pioneer’s Project Kuro: Different than the regular Kuro

Pioneer already has their Kuro line with some of the deepest, best blacks seen on the entire market today. Now in Pioneer’s roadmap is “Project Kuro” and it is claiming to display absolute black, as in no light at all, and as well as being the thinnest plasma at an absolutely astounding 9 millimeters. For those who like comparisons, that’s thinner than your second generation iPod shuffle. Sadly, we won’t see this in stores in 2008. But we can keep drooling over the press pictures, can’t we?
