Plain English, Well Linked Explanation of Google Universal Search

My Time to Get Serious About Video post on May 23rd was written and referenced in the context of Google’s recently announced universal search model.

At the time of writing that post I was finding it a challenge to discover a concise, well illustrated explanation of how universal search manifests itself in practice.

Better late than never, the problem was solved today. See the post Google adds universal element to search at the excellent BT Broadband site – the text and links tell the story very neatly.

For those of us interested in international politics, seeing the Gordon Brown pictures lined up is a bonus.
