The image above depicts some of the social networks that you can participate on. To help you develop your social media plan successfully, I want to share a few suggestions for you to implement:

  • Research social media websites to see if you can find groups that will allow you connect with similar business associates and potential customers.
  • Think about setting up a fan page or group on your chosen social media networks.
  • Reach out to others in other industries to see if you can combine your efforts in social media to cross market and help each other grow your businesses.
  • Monitor your efforts in social media to see if you need to make adjustment so that you can improve your efforts in any given area.

These 4 simple tips should help you as you develop your social media plan as a small business owner.
