Play Halo 2 on the 360 with the Wiimote

Have you ever wondered if it’s possible to play the Wiimote with other consoles? Watch the video below and slobber.

Before you start rushing to put the stuff together, consider some of the hard-to-get stuff you need:

  • A working Xbox 360. Good luck on that one.
  • An XFPS PS2 to 360 adapter;
  • A microcontroller “with custom firmware” that emulates a PS2 controller;
  • and a PC with custom Wiimote driver.

    I don’t know, exactly, unfortunately. It’s just that…

    The jumping looks awkward. The look movement seems skitterish. There’s an odd response delay between the button input and on-screen action.

    If I’m able to later today, I’ll try to explain better. I don’t think this video is fake or anything (his documentation is way too detailed to be a fake, haha) but I don’t know.

    Yeah. I’ll try to explain later. This is probably my allergies/sinuses/fever talking. lol
