Police can not beat people only for breaching the traffic rules. There are laws and I have no idea if there is any low in India whereby police can beat people only for riding on a motorcycle. Well, it is also true that nothing is still proven regarding this incident and I am not yet sure if those players had not done any other crime. However, I think, state government should investigate about the incident in order to find out the truth behind it. Thanks for pointing out the issue. I agree with you.
