I’m not sure what to call the new Pontiac G8 2009. It’s a full sedan but with features that you will only find on a high-end sports car.
Designers at Pontiac decided they needed to create a car that would represent a growing number of men looking for a cross between a practical family car a one that could perform like a sports vehicle. Some manufacturers usually like to jazz up a minivan (like mine), but let’s be honest if we could by a sports car it wouldn’t look like a van.
The Pontiac G8 is a great compromise of style, comfort, practicality and performance. The very large all aluminum 6.0L V8 361hp engine is almost unheard of in a sedan. And with GM’s all new Active Fuel Management system you will get the best performance out of every drop of gas.
Many have compared the Pontiac G8 with the BMW 5 Series. However, in a side by side comparison the G8 wins! That’s amazing for a car that is nearly half the price.
