Portals

So in the same “speech” or whatever, Gabe Newell announced Team Fortress 2, the game Portals was also mentioned. People were saying they were taking the portal idea from Prey and kinda running with it. This morning I saw a trailer for the game and Holy Crap does it look cool. Worthplaying has the trailer and it’s just the neatest thing. They definitely took the portal thing and brought it to a whole new level. While it doesn’t look to be really a shooter type of game, the trailer kinda came off as a FPS Puzzle deal. Which by itself would be awesome and I think a shooter aspect would only detract from it. Watching some of the things they do made my brain hurt and one of my friends said he could see the game causing anuerisms. Should be a blast. (Hah. Get it. Blast. Anuerisms)
