Michael Vick is officially out of jail. While the NFL isn’t in his immediate future, it’s time to start figuring out where he may ultimately end up. He’s not returning to the Atlanta Falcons but a number of other teams may be interested.
What are the top destinations for Michael Vick? Here is our top five:
1) San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers need a quarterback and head coach Mike Singletary should be able to handle the Vick distractions.
2) Seattle Seahawks
Matt Hasselbeck isn’t getting any younger and Vick could take his time in getting ready to return to the field.
3) St. Louis Rams
The Rams seem to be going nowhere. Marc Bulger is seemingly always hurt and Vick would be able to add some excitement in St. Louis.
4) Dallas Cowboys
If there’s a big name available, the Cowboys have to be in the conversation. Vick could be a suitable insurance policy in case Tony Romo gets hurt or folds under pressure.
5) New England Patriots
Bill Belichick loves multi-purpose players. If Vick wants to return as a utility-type role, he could find room on the Patriots as a running back, wide receiver, returner and possible some snaps at QB.

So far he has the public on his side with 80% of people claiming that he should still play :
http://www.newsy.com/videos/vick_s_release_sparks_debate. But I wouldn’t expect to see him before next year. Out of the choices above I would say the Patriots is the most likely, or at least the best fit for his game. But then again there is always the rag tag felon-laden team the Oakland Raiders…
The St. Louis Rams could never be stripped from once being “The Greatest Show on Turf!” Regardless of how you forsee Mike Vick, you can’t take away from his unbelievable football skills. Why not give the Rams and Vick a chance at redeeming their identities at once? What have you got to loose? No doubt, Bulger, which is tremendous, hasn’t been the answer. I love what the Rams have going on, but they’re gonna have to add a ‘Vick-like’ player to their roster to keep up with the Jones’! Bottom line! Now is the time to do so, especially after letting Holt go. I think Vick is the start to recreating that potent offense again. This needs to be done now, before the Steven Jacksons and Donnie Averys, become uninterested in the orginization. After u give all u got, winning becomes just as important as the money.. And superstar players will settle, to go for a more proven squad!
