I was at a dinner packed with PR folks recently and keynote journo gave a talk all about media relations contacts that bug reporters and editors. It no more reasonable to agree never to approach a blogger with an idea they don't want than if they agree never to publish anything about any topic that doesn't interest me. Me. Personally.
