Pre-Season NIT tips off tonight

Mississippi Valley State is involved. The current line is in favor of Oklahoma (-30.5). That’s a slap in the face to the Sooners, the line should be -40 or so. Hell will freeze over if MVSU scores more than 45 anyway. Blake Griffin will score 30 alone.
The Cornell Basketball Blog has this tourney covered from top to bottom with everything you need to know. Ok, mostly just stuff you need to know about Cornell.
But here at the Fast Break, we try to look out for the little guy sometimes, or just make fun of them obsessively. Depends on our mood.
And give us a break, Cornell was the 08 Ivy League Champ.
In fact, I’m going to back up our support of the the little guy with a prediction: Cornell will beat St. Johns tonight.
