Presentation is Everything on eBay – How to Fold Shirts Before Photographing
One of the more time-consuming steps when selling items on eBay is preparing and photographing your items. If you are selling shirts, this video shows a quick and easy way to fold shirts before photographing them. Be forewarned, the technique is a little unconventional – acutally too complicated for me, but it only takes seconds.
If the above technique is too mind-blowing, you can try my personal technique:
Either way, take the time to make sure your item looks neat and presentable before taking the photo to display on eBay. More than anywhere else, a picture is worth a thousand words on eBay!

Something that I have found that works much easier with three girls that had alot of tees when they were growing up and what I saw at the store on how the assistants get the tees to look so nice ..it is like a cutting board with the width of the tee and the you just fold the tee over the edge to edge and the slip the tee out which is flat an ready to be put away.
I made up with a piece of cardboard something similiar and it made laundry an easier task for all the folding..
and could be used for preparing the tees for pics.
Presentation is the key to the item being sold..as your skill in photography and your listing will bring the seller to bid…and also to watch your store for other items.
Hah, I’ve often wondered about the shirt-folding secrets those store folk know. I swear, I can never get that t-shirt looking the way I found it in the display… Usually the person working there hustles over and says, “Oh, I’ll take care of that” (before you mangle it further implied).
