Prince of Persia Movie

There have been ten Prince of Persia games. [eleven if you count Prince of Persia Classic]
And, as if that wasn’t enough Prince of Persia craziness for you, now, there’s talk of a movie.
Actually, “talk” makes it sound like it’s a rumor.
Nope. Not a rumor.
Jerry Bruckheimer is set to direct the movie that is still in preproduction.
Jordan Mechner, creator of the series, is cagey about a possible game tie-in with the movie. “Sorry, but I can’t answer that question!” screams “Hell, yeah there’s going to be a game” to me. How about you?
The movie’s plot apparently mimics Sands of Time though Mechner is quick to ask Sands of Time fans to view the movie with an open mind.
Even if the movie doesn’t follow the game, Bruckheimer is sure to make it a blockbuster and pull in butt loads of money for Ubisoft from the game tie-in.
