Prizes for Writers: October 19, 2009

After a week off, I’m back with contests and giveaway for you guys and gals. Don’t be too jealous – I wasn’t on vacation; I was dealing with the flu. Thank goodness that’s passed.

It’s time for this week’s edition of prizes for writers. There are some great contests to enter this week, so check them out.

Just to be clear, you can’t enter any of these contests here (unless otherwise specified). You have to visit the blog sponsoring the contest or giveaway and follow their directions. I’ve screened out anything that is a sweepstakes with millions of entries or looks like a scam, but if you come across something that just doesn’t look right, let me know!
