Supplement Review: GNC Mega Men Sport Multi Vitamin
I used to take One a Day Men’s Health multi vitamin mainly because I thought it was a pretty good multi-vitamin and I liked the price.
I was in GNC one day buying some protein and the sales associate tried talking me into buying the GNC Mega Men Sport multi-vitamin. At the time they weren’t in the GNC budget and honestly I didn’t want to pay $18.95 for a bottle of vitamins.
Fast forward about 30 days later when I ran out of One a Days. I went to GNC once again to check out some NO2 (Nitric Oxide Supplement) and once again saw the Mega Men Sport. This time I said “why not” and bought them. They are worth every cent and I regret not buying them sooner.
First let’s discuss the size and flavor. You would expect most vitamins to be about this size and the only thing I was weary of taking two. That’s the only downfall I can see with this multi-vitamin. They have a kind of chocolate flavor so you’re not scrambling for water to wash them down as quickly as possible before the bitter taste you usually get with other tablets.
These vitamins are loaded with everything you need to get you through the day if you live an active life-style and are always on the go. Packed with all the essential Vitamins, plus your BCAA’s, these vitamins will not let you down. Click on the product info on the GNC page to see all the supplement facts. However, they are not for everyone. If you’re not as active perhaps it’s better for you to take the conventional GNC Mega Men Multi-Vitamin or Mega Men 50 Plus. Either way you’re not losing anything except maybe few extra dollars and a whole lot of energy if you buy these.

Gives me a lot of energy and makes me very talkative! Everyone has to tell me ta shutup when im taking this supplement.
I am an active, 30 y/o man with both my job (law enforcement) the fact that I run between 15 and 20 miles a week. I switched from the “regular” Mega Men to the “sport” and, to be honest, haven’t really noticed a difference in anything. I’m still in excellent shape, and I still never get sick. But since the price difference is only a couple of bucks…why not stick with it
I’ve been taking these pills every other day since 2004. They have some good stuff in them. However, the biggest drawback is the active ingredient that jumps my testosterone levels. To put in shortly, taking these pills always made me andry, on edge, and inclined me to be in a foul mood. I recetly stopped taking them and I can’t believe how much happier and loosen up I feel. the pills also turn your urine neon yellow, and the pills are hard to swallow. I’m going to look for a different multi, possibly centrum
The bright yellow urine is Riboflavin. You’ll find the same effect with any supplement with high concentrations of vitamin B. These are vitamins for people with very active, high energy requirement lives.
