A few issues that may arise in a teaming environment
To deal with issues on a project, different process methods can be used to help solve the issues. Depending on your team environment, you might use one of the following methods.
- S.W.O.T. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats): is a strategic method of evaluating the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats that affect a project or in a business opportunity decision
- Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM): is a process of planning and managing projects that emphasizes the resources that are required to complete project tasks
- Rapid Application Develop (RAD): is a software development methodology, which allows for many repetitious development steps and the creation of prototypes to help ensure that the final product is successful.
- Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC): is associated with logical processes that are used by a system developers to create an information system, including requirements, validation, training, and user ownership
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): is used to identify a project and its key work components so that it helps organize processes and define the total work scope of the project
