Many of the working people does not have the appropriate software to do Project Management. For instance, I use only MS Excel showing dates, appointments, task and notes. It is not enough. So, I downloaded some softwares for my Windows-based PC to help me to do that tasks. But how about For Mac OS X?

Here’s a tool to try, Operation 1.1 for that Project Management Suite that you need for your Mac OS X (Leopard compatible). Here are the key features:

  • Operation features a very easy-to-use one-window user interface. You can switch between a table view and an amazing new graphical view.
  • Create projects and tasks easily and quickly. Choose the start and finish dates for your tasks, assign team members to your tasks, and organize tasks according to milestones.
  • Add and manage your project milestones with ease.
  • Manage your project team members. Add people or companies.
  • Attach the project web site and view it within the application.
  • Attachments: Add any file to your task, whether it is a picture, movie, or document.

This tool is great for personal and small business use. As far as I know, a single license of the software costs around $29.00, not bad.
