Pros Killing the 2008 WSOP So Far

If the current results are any kind of indicator, it looks like 2008 could be the year a pro finally sneaks the World Series of Poker main event bracelet back from the long line of amateurs and no names that have conquered the majority of this decade.

As of the past week or so, we’ve seen bracelets taken down in events by

Daniel Negreanu in $2,000 buy in No Limit Hold em.

Mike Matusow in $5,000 buy in Lowball (featuring one of the sickest final tables in recent memory including Tony G, David Benyamine, Erick Lindgren, Jefferey Lisandro, Barry Greenstein and Tom Schneider)

Probably never never hear the end of now that the Mouth has a bracelet. Oh boy.

More results forthcoming.

I have been playing a lot of kansas city lowball. I think it is my new favorite game.

Sheiky was out of line. He knows he’s not supposed to smack the table and make a production. That is amateur shit.

Calling the floor is a dick move too.

I need to try some lowball. Never had the chance.

Yeah, sheiky is a bit of a d.

    I forgot about him.
