PS3 update 2.10

It’s official.
The Update 2.10 is live for the PS3.
Why update?
How about DivX and WMV compatibility.
Sounds good, right?
The update also upgrades the Blu-Ray profile to 1.1.
To download and install the update, just connect your wonderful PS3 to the internet and follow these instructions.
My PS3 cannot play any type of optical disc straight after the update, and I have not been messing with it.
I gather most people are fine though.
That REALLY sucks!
Have you searched the PS3 forums to see if anyone might have a solution for you?
