The Executive Management of Pure Weight Loss should be investigated for deceptive and predatory business practices and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It appears a “shell game” is/was going on and the consumers have now been FU___ed!
And the “discounts” being offered to its clients left hanging are no discounts – they are the same “specials” offered to any bum off the street, just worded so they appear PureWeightLoss is “helping” their stranded former clients…what a travesty!
DOes anyone have a phone number or web address to get us listed as creditors for the bankruptcy. I am also wondering about criminal charges for writing checks on a closed account. I got a refund check written on a closed account from Pure Weight Loss….anyone know if we can get the guy that way?
