Purple Bombay

When Bombay Saphire sent me some of their great gin to try, I found myself experimenting with different ways to drink it.
Around the same time, POM Pomegranate Juice had sent me some POM juice to try and I figured why not mix them?
This my own concoction and I promise that it was very, very tasty. If this exists out there already, I don’t know about it and just let me think that I’m all original and stuff. OK?
Purple Bombay
Ingredients
- 3 parts Bombay Saphire Gin
- 2 parts POM juice
- 3 parts grape juice
- seltzer water/club soda
- ice
- lime wedge
Directions:
Combine your gin, POM juice, grape juice and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake that thing until you can’t shake it anymore. Strain it into a Highball or Collins glass [depending on how big a drink you're making]. Top it off with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.
