Stop Dave... I'm not about to apologize for not being politically correct. PC is working at killing the world and if I believe this is real so be it. I do believe there is a capability out there for these greedy SOB's to do exactly what many are saying and you and I both damn well know that greed will motivate them. After all, the proof is in the track record and they already have that!

Network management... please. I mean, really... do you truly want me and others to accept on its face that this is what is factual? Network management without any attempt at throttling or blocking or somehow degrading transfers without prejudice. Damn... we must all be incredibly gullible, including those like you who have some kind of torturous need to convince society that this doesn't exist. Why can't you admit the truth???

May not be worth me trying again, but I think eventually you'll realize you've been hyperventilating. Better safe than sorry? Maybe. I think you're wasting your time.

Sandvine's service is about network management. To some extent that involves prioritization, and there's nothing conspiratorial about this. Not every packet is equal, and ISPs have to manage their networks, lest they crash and then nobody be able to use them.
