Quick and Simple Way to Boost Windows Vista boot

Did you notice that your Windows Vista operating system gets slower each day. After more than two years of using Windows Vista on my laptop, the Vista boot up keeps getting longer and longer. When I login, the operating system processing seems to take forever.
The simplest thing I have done is to look at the startup menu and look at the list of applications the operating system is loading at startup.
I was surprised that there were ton loads of applications being loaded. Often, you overlook all the popup messages and install applications (beta, trial, proof of concept, plain curiosity) here and there until your system has full of applications you do not need.
Identify only the items you need to load at startup and delete the rest you do not need. In any case, you might even consider uninstalling the programs you don’t need.
