Quick Tip: Make Time for Family and Friends

I don’t actually believe the saying "no one ever says on their deathbed, ‘I wish I spent more time at the office.’"

I’m sure someone thought that, even if they didn’t say it.

Quick Tips

However, for the rest of us, it’s important not to let work squeeze out those you care for. Whoever it is, they’re your anchor when things go wrong at work.

Don’t wait until retirement, unemployment or critical illness to rediscover the people outside your job.

Case in point – Today’s my wife’s birthday and our 24th/25th anniversary, (depending on whether we count when we met and started living together, or the day we tied our unconventional knot).

Love you, Kelley.

(Light blogging today – duh!)

This post triggered a writing spark within me. I just wrote a post and made a link about this subject on my blog. It is very important to spend quality time with family and friends. I think I’ll write about this again on another day this week.
