quickSub RSS button

quickSub is a Javascript function that adds intelligence to the XML-feedbutton on your web page. Just roll your mouse over button and you’ll be instantly greeted by one-click subscription links to the most popular aggregators.

    Wicked! You just saved me about 3 inches of screen space. I can now get rid of that BIG LONG list of buttons on my site.

    Actually, upon trying this out – the script for download wasn’t cleaned up very well. There are a lot of 127.0.0.1 URIs in it that the developer didn’t fix up. Most of the links fail.

    However, if someone wanted to spend the time changing all the 127.0.0.1 URIs to the proper entry points for those services, it will work.

    It seems the page hasn’t been updated for a while. I haven’t tested it yet but maybe this is your chance to give something back to the community;)

    Actually, the 127.0.0.1 links in quickSub are valid, however they will only work if you have the specific RSS newsreader installed, otherwise you will get an error from your browser.
