As Quiznos voilating Franchisee agreement by giving you permission to Cater and Deliver in your original agreement. Then they are charging you extra money for delivery and not adding your name in delivery system. This reduces your sales. This action is illegle and and subject of voilation of your agreement. For the last three years he not only lost lot of money but getting harashment from the Operational Inspectors from the head office. This result one of the Quiznos franchisee commit suiside and lot of Quiznos are shutting down. One year ago Quiznos headoffice started delivery system, though in the franchisee agreement they permitted franchisees to deliver and cater. This decision they made only pocketing extra money from the Franchisee. Though they know that this system is not going to work. I think as this money they made was voilating their agreement, they must return back to Franchisee. The loan system they started one month ago, no action has been taken yet. It seems this system is also fake. This will give false hope to Franchisee not to shut down their stores. The employee, vendors, contractors, and real estate agents are not loyal to Quisnos and are money hungry and Quiznos owner and his son is same way not sincere and loyal to his Franchisee. I do not know in coming years where Quiznos stand. It seems the future of Quiznos in this market is not very bright. More earlier they show bankcrupcy more benefit to Franchisee. As a private operator at least they will save roylities and advertisement fees etc. they are paying to Quiznos. I already have another business within 30 seconds walk in the same st but Quiznos don't know that. I don't trust this co at all,never did from the start. what I am doing here is let them open the business for me.once I know everything I need to know about the business, then will quit Quiznos,change the name,bye bye quiznos.
