Radialpoint Purses ISPs

During the dot-com boom, Montreal-based Zero Knowledge Systems dominated the spotlight when it came to Internet security and privacy to the point where it was nearly impossible to not see Austin Hill quoted in a news story. While the company, now known as radialpoint, is still around, most of its revenue is now generated from offering value-added services such as anti-spyware, anti-virus, parental controls and fraud protection on a re-seller basis to broadband ISPs that are looking to differentiate themselves and boost ARPU. radialpoint’s customers include Bell, Aliant Telus, Verizon and Telewest., which sell these services under their own brands. radialpoint is looking to expand into a “publisher” by adding third-party services such as music and online gaming into its portfolio.
