Raytheon Aircraft Services Offers Free FACTS Program

For a limited time, Raytheon Aircraft Services is offering a two-year free subscription to FACTS with a two-year maintenance agreement. This special offer gives operators immediate, around-the-clock access to their maintenance records on Raytheon Aircraft Company’s Factory Aircraft Comprehensive Tracking System (FACTS), the industry’s most advanced, real-time maintenance compliance tracking service.

The system is designed to seamlessly integrate all members responsible for the service and care of an aircraft, including pilots, flight directors, owner/operators and maintenance technicians, as well as Raytheon Aircraft Services facilities.

“When FACTS is combined with regular maintenance at Raytheon Aircraft Services, operators enjoy the benefits of having a knowledgeable, experienced maintenance partner with them every step of the way,” said Ed Dolanski, Vice President Customer Support, Raytheon Aircraft Company. “Maintenance stays on schedule. Service bulletins and airworthiness directives are up to date. Aircraft are being serviced by the industry’s most experienced technicians, and detailed records are accessible 24 hours a day.”

Raytheon Aircraft Company continues to refine FACTS with new options and added features for even more flexibility and convenience. The new, enhanced system is now powered by AvTrak’s proven Web-based application technology and is available for all current production non-military aircraft, including those outside the Beechcraft and Hawker product lines. It is also available to independent maintenance facilities and internal maintenance departments.

“With FACTS, we help customers navigate the complexities and time-consuming issues of maintenance compliance,” said Dolanski. “It’s a tremendous tool that not only gives operators instantaneous details about their aircraft’s maintenance history, but also looks forward with notifications of upcoming FAR Part 91- and Part 135- required inspections, maintenance, airworthiness directives and service bulletins.”

Another enhanced feature offers access to on-line maintenance logbooks (E-LogTM). E-Log provides a complete backup of all maintenance and inspection records, including digital images of existing aircraft, engine, propeller and APU paper maintenance logbooks, complete with personal sign-offs. Internet-based content makes accessing the data easy – even on the road.
