I do on the other hand like seeing cool little collectible stuff like this. This little R2 unit is slightly bigger than an actual R2D2 action figure and is fully controllable. Not only is it fully controllable but the control is a small light-saber!
This R2 unit is just like the real deal in that it turns it’s dome and makes the sounds R2 made in the movies. It even has an LED light that blinks. It runs on button batteries that are included. Fully licensed by Lucas Films or Star Wars, I’m not sure if there is a difference, you can find this at Thinkgeek.com for $29.99. They get them straight from Japan but they said their supplies are limited so get them while you can. My son would love this…and I probably would too!
