Reader Request: Readability Report in Word 2007

At Marie’s request, here’s some of the information she was looking for:
I’d love to see a screen of the readability report in Word 12 and an account of how you got it to display.
And if you can get the bcc to display in Outlook 12, please show me and/or tell how you did it.
First up, was the readability. It was a challenge to find. Here’s how I did it, I finally found the “Word Options” section after you click the main Orb of Options (that’s my name for it, nothing official of course, a.k.a. Microsoft Office Button). At the bottom of the expanding window is a button labeled “Word Options”. Click that.

After you select that you’ll want the section labeled “Proofing” and look for “When correcting grammar in Word”

Now, I’d think this little option should just be another button or something if you press the “Word Count” function, which is very easy to access from the bottom of the main Word document screen. But it’s not. I’ll be leaving some feedback. But when you’ve done all that and do a spell check, when you’ve gotten through it, the readability report will display as shown below.

If anyone’s got a quicker way to display this information, please share.
